Gaged Bored Diameters

Objective: Gage bored diameter of automotive suspension linkage

Operation Description:

Suspension linkage assembly is manually placed in a five station automatic transfer machine for wire brushing rod O.D., date stamp, bore I.D. one or two holes, automatically gage I.D. one or two bored holes, air clean assemblies and separate any gage rejected assemblies before auto-unload.

Features:

• Gage bore diameters internal to machine boring cycle

• Gage only one hole per cycle or two holes simultaneously, as selected

• Retain gaged results for disposition at auto-unload

• Record number of rejects in a given time period
