Objective : Verify the proper depth of pressed bushings have been achieved

Operation Description:
Suspension linkage assembly is manually placed in a three station automatic transfer machine for bushing(s) automatically pressed into bored hole of automotive suspension linkage, gage depth dimension was pressed to, separate accepted/rejected assemblies prior to auto-unload to the appropriate container.

Features:

• Automatic verification of depth bushing was pressed, internal to the bushing installation machine cycle time

• Gage single or multiple bushing simultaneously

• Retain gaged results for disposition at auto-unload

• Record number of rejects in a given period of time
